Below are the sponsorship opportunities we have constructed for Q3 2007 to Q2 2008. We are also open to custom sponsorship for sports team, book club, speaker series, etc.
Sponsorship Opportunities Term Sheet (Q3 2007 - Q2 2008)
Package #1:
Networking Night Sponsorship
Terms:
Named event sponsorship, i.e. "Seattle 2nd Tuesday Networking Night sponsored by..."
Banner and ad text placement on event page and event RSS feed
Include the banner and ad text in weekly newsletter promoting the networking night
Banner/business cards/additional swags during the event
Event Info:
Two different monthly networking night
Seattle Networking Night (9 a year. None for July due to Anniv. Party, Nov due to Thanksgiving and Dec. due to Christmas)
Average Attendees: 40-50 for 2007.
Description: Large variety of attendees from IT, bio tech, real estate, UW, bank, etc.
Bellevue Networking Night (10 a year. None for July due to Anniv. Party and Dec. due to Christmas)
Average Attendees: 30-40 for 2007. (Should be equivalent to Seattle since it's brand new)
Description: More IT company employees. Mainly Microsoft employees and contractor plus some financial service company employees.
Pricing:
One time sponsorship: $750
Two or more: $700 each
Four or more: $650 each
Six or more: $600 each
Eight or more: $550 each
Ten or more: $500 each

Top Page Horizontal Banner Advertising
Terms:
Horizontal banner graphic displayed on top of each page on the website
Only one exclusive banner per month.
Sponsorship Info:
Banner could be JPG, animated GIF or flash.
500 unique visitors per day on average, resulting in about 2,100 page view per day.
Pricing:
Three months or less: $100 per month
Four to six months: $90 per month
Seven months to one year: $75 per month
Package #3:
Side Page Horizontal Banner Advertising
Terms:
Vertical banner graphic displayed on left or right of each page on the website
Maximum of four side banner locations per month.
Sponsorship Info:
Banner could be JPG, animated GIF or flash.
500 unique visitors per day on average, resulting in about 2,100 page view per day.
Pricing:
Three months or less: $50 per month
Four to six months: $40 per month
Seven months to one year: $30 per month

Email/RSS Banner Advertising
Terms:
Square banner graphic displayed embedded in weekly newsletter and RSS feed
